Tenant Responsibilities

• The tenant agrees to use the property diligently, complying with the condominium regulations and maintaining good neighborly relations. Quiet hours must be observed between 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Subletting or accommodating individuals other than those specified in the booking is strictly prohibited.
• Cancellation policy: All advance payments are non-refundable.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment but permitted on the terrace.
• Check-out time: By 11:00 AM.
• Check-in is available starting from 11:00 AM.
• At the time of check-in, it is mandatory to present valid identification documents for all guests.

L’immobile è consegnato in buono stato di manutenzione e dotato di tutti gli arredi, elettrodomestici e suppellettili (come visibili nelle foto nel sito www.urberes.com).

Il conduttore si impegna a utilizzare l’immobile con diligenza, rispettando il regolamento condominiale e le norme di buon vicinato rispettando gli orario di silenzio tra le 14:00 -16:00 e tra le 22:00 – 8:00.

E’ severamente vietata la sublocazione o far soggiornare persone diverse da quelle indicate nella prenotazione.

Il check out è possibile fino alle ore 11:00 am.

E’ vietato fumare all’interno dell’appartamento, ma è possibile farlo in terrazza.

Non è consentito fare feste.
